The room " Rosso" is a family room and consists of 2 bedrooms and a dedicated bathroom, has a view of the most important UNESCO heritage monuments only 30 meters away - the most beautiful view of Ravenna - the room has all the comforts Air conditioning , TV , independent bathroom and in addition you can use the living room facilities, coffee maker , microwave , refrigerator etc etc

Rules:

1. Do not exceed the number of people allowed.

2. Don't make noise during sleeping hours and don't disturb the neighbors.

3. Leave the house at check-out time.

4. Notify the responsible person of any damage or accident to the property.

5. No smoking inside the rental property.

7. No pets.

8. Respect other guests, maintaining silence at night and in the early morning in shared areas.

9. Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted unless accompanied by adults/parents

Tourist tax: 2 euros per guest for each day - for a maximum of 5 days - to be paid directly to the house - Children under 14 years old are free.
